The report states that Tonali was the subject of discussion, with Milan asking for a higher fee than what Newcastle seem willing to offer – as per reports. The willingess of the player is said to be quite important in the saga, with Newcastle willing to offer a wage of €8 million per season and it is stated that anything can unfold in the saga now.
This comes after it was reported that Tonali’s entourage is in London to talk to Newcastle executives about the contract on offer from the Magpies. It has been reported elsewhere that Tonali is currently not keen on playing in England but depending on how much Newcastle offer, his mind can be swayed by the Magpies.
