Milan hold meeting for West Hamโ€™s Gianluca Scamacca

Milan are interested in the possibility of signing West Hamโ€™s Gianluca Scamacca this summer, alongside Roma.

It has already been reported that the Giallorossi have put forward a loan offer to the Hammers for their former youth team striker. Alfredo Pedulla has now reported about Milanโ€™s interest in the Azzurri star, stating that while Ricky Massara and Paolo Maldini had doubts over Scamaccaโ€™s character, perceptions around him have now changed at the Rossoneri.

West Ham do not intend to sell him permanently because they spent a hefty amount to sign him. Geoffrey Monacada has already held a meeting for the striker, who could be available for a wage of โ‚ฌ3 million per season and that would be favourable for the Rossoneri.

The player is also said to be pushing for a return to Italy, having not enjoyed his time in England so far. Romaโ€™s offer involves an option to buy after an initial loan deal.
