Milan keen on Real Valladolid’s Ivan Fresneda

Real Valladolid youngster Ivan Fresneda has attracted interest from a host of clubs across Europe and Milan are also keen on the right-back.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported (via Corriere della Sera) that Milan are of the belief that Fresneda will solve their current issues at right-back and he will sort out the future priorities in that position as well. Juventus have kept an eye on him since January of this year but they have slipped away in the race.

Borussia Dortmund were also keen in January, with Newcastle United and Arsenal also said to be interested now. Milan have made some assessments and in Italy, they are in pole position to sign him. The management is quite convinced about the player and it will be ascertained in the next few weeks as to whether Milan will accelerate a move for the 18-year-old.

Fresneda has made 18 La Liga appearances this season and he has made 22 appearances in total for the club.
