Milan nearing move for Real Betis’ Juan Miranda

Milan are edging closer to sealing a permanent move for Real Betis defender Juan Miranda.

The Rossoneri have been looking for a back-up left back since the summer and Miranda is a name they have been linked with for some weeks now. Speculation suggested that a move is making progress.

Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Milan are nearing the finishing line for the signing of the ex-Barcelona man, with contacts set to take place with the player’s agents in the next few hours. That will sort out of the final few details of the contract that Miranda could sign at the San Siro.

He would arrive at Milan on a free transfer, with his current deal at Betis to expire in the summer of 2024. Having said, Milan would still try to sign him permanently in January and will speak to the Spanish club about a potential fee that could let them sign the Spaniard.
