Serie A giants Milan have come one step closer to sealing a move for Club Atletico Platenseโs Marco Pellegrino and a fee has now been agreed between the two clubs.
MilanNews have reported that there is an agreement over the transfer fees for Pellegrino, who has an Italian passport. Milanโs negotiations made sure that they could lower Platenseโs asking price and a fee of โฌ3 million plus bonuses and a percentage of sell-on fee has been included in the deal.
Platense have accepted this offer and the parties are defining the last few details of the transfer, with Pellegrino now expected to become the ninth summer signing for Stefano Pioliโs side.
Once the move for the 21-year-old is announced, Milan will look to sign another striker as they want a regular option in that department, even though Noah Okafor has already joined and Olivier Giroud will stay at the side for at least another season.
