Paul Pogba picks up another injury in Cremonese start

Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has picked up another injury, as he started for the Bianconeri against Cremonese.

Pogba started for Juve for the first time this season, having fought multiple injuries since pre-season. It was his first start in 390 days, with the last one coming for Manchester United in the Premier League. But it didn’t go well at all.

While the Frenchman looked good when he was playing, he attempted a shot from some distance out and squirmed and then broke down, holding what appeared to be his thighs. He covered his face with his jersey, shielding the world from seeing his anguish. He seemed emotional, as he trudged down the tunnel, suggesting that his injury could potentially be a bad one.

He had picked up a vital assist off a header against Sevilla, helping Federico Gatti grab a vital equaliser. Max Allegri had stated that Pogba will start for Juve when he is fit to. But clearly, it couldn’t have gone any worse.
