Current Fiorentina and former Tottenham goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini is set to join Napoli in a swap deal which also involves Salvatore Sirigu.
Gianluca di Marzio has reported that Gollini is now undergoing a medical at Napoli, with the swap deal now concluded. Sirigu is heading to Fiorentina on a dry loan deal, with Napoli having the option to buy Gollini permanently in the summer transfer window.
Sirigu will also undergo a medical with Fiorentina in the next few hours and once the two medicals are done, the two players will sign a contract with their new clubs and complete their moves.
Gollini has been a disappointing signing for Fiorentina so far and he has been criticised for his performances for the side. Sirigu meanwhile, has not played even once for the Partenopei after he joined the club in the summer from Genoa for free. Alex Meret has established himself as the regular for the Partenopei.
