PREDICTED LINE-UPS | Tottenham v Milan

Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur will look to overturn the 1-0 deficit, as they look to take on Milan in London in the second leg of the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League.

Spurs come into the game while being in a poor run of form. They were knocked out of the FA Cup by Sheffield United before losing to Wolves in the Premier League. Antonio Conte though, will be back on the bench against the Rossoneri, after his short period out due to recovery from a surgery.

Milan’s form hasn’t been great either. While they did turn things around after their bad start to 2023, they lost to Fiorentina in the previous league game and ended up falling out of the top four.

The Rossoneri’s goalscorer in the first leg – Brahim Diaz, was a doubt for the trip to London some days ago but he now seems fit after missing the La Viola game. Olivier Giroud also seemed like a doubt at one point, but he will return against Spurs, who are one of his former rivals.

For Spurs, Eric Dier is suspended but Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg will return to action after being suspended for the previous game. The front three is expected to remain the same, with Harry Kane, Heung Min-Son and Dejan Kulusevski expected to start, as per Sky Italia.

Tottenham predicted XI: Forster; Romero, Lenglet, Davies; Emerson Royal, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Kulusevski, Kane, Son

Milan predicted XI: Maignan; Kalulu, Thiaw, Tomori; Messias, Tonali, Krunic, Hernandez; Diaz, Leao; Giroud
