Inter Milan head coach Simone Inzaghi has on Sunday spoken out over the upcoming Champions League knockout stage draw.
Inter, of course, will soon discover their fate for the next round of European footballโs elite club competition.
After being pipped to top spot in Group D by Real Sociedad, the Nerazzurri could well face a tough test, with a number of the continentโs heavyweights potentially waiting in store.
Speaking to the media on the back of his sideโs latest impressive domestic victory tonight โ a 2-0 triumph at Lazio โ Simone Inzaghi was therefore asked for his prediction for Mondayโs draw.
And, should their bossโ call ultimately prove to be accurate, Interโs stars will likely soon be cursing their luck.
This comes with Inzaghi of the opinion that his side are set to draw Pep Guardiolaโs Manchester City, who of course got the better of the Milanese giants in the finale of the Champions League in Istanbul just six months ago.
โI think weโre going to draw Manchester City,โ the Italian began, as cited by Gianluca Di Marzio.
โBut weโll see what happens. All the teams in the draw are very strong and will be a big test.โ
