Tottenham make loan offer for Atalanta’s Ruslan Malinovskyi

English giants Tottenham Hotspur have made a loan offer to sign Atalanta midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi.

The Ukraine international was linked with a move to Spurs last summer and Marseille also wanted him. But he ended up staying, despite reports previously stating that his relationship with Gian Piero Gasperini had broken down.

But Malinovskyi could yet leave Atalanta as Corriere della Sera have reported that Spurs and West Ham are interested in the player and Antonio Conte’s side, particularly, are keen. Tottenham have put forward a loan offer to La Dea and the offer includes the option to buy the Ukrainian permanently, if certain conditions are met across the loan deal.

The 29-year-old has one goal and two assists in 14 Serie A appearances this season, but he contributed to 11 goals across the Serie A campaign last season. In the 2020/21 season, he contributed to 20 goals in the Serie A.
