Tottenham, West Ham and Nottingham Forest interested in Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo

A host of Premier League clubs are interested in the possibility of signing Roma’s Nicolo Zaniolo.

Alfredo Pedulla has reported that this is the most delicate situation that Zaniolo has come across at Roma and a lot of it is down to how he was booed by the Giallorossi fans during the Coppa Italia clash against Genoa. While Jose Mourinho did support him publicly, it has not gone down well with the Italian.

Milan and Juventus have previously made enquiries about him but there is a surprise possibility of him leaving this month. The Premier League could be a destination, with a host of clubs looking at him. Tottenham are leading the race for him, followed by West Ham and Nottingham Forest. Newcastle United are also interested.

Roma’s valuation is between €25 million to €30 million, with the player’s contract expiring next year. That is why Roma can’t earn a high fee. As of now, there is no talk of a potential renewal either.
