Victor Osimhenโs agent Roberto Calenda has now made the decision that he will not file a lawsuit against Napoli.
The Partenopeiโs social media team had released an offensive video about Osimhen a couple of days ago, which led to Osimhenโs agent responding that they could take legal action against the club for the clips. But Napoliโs social media manager apologised to Osimhen and Aurelio De Laurentiis, leading to the club releasing a statement yesterday.
La Gazzetta dello Sport (via TMW) now state that Calenda will not take legal action against the Partenopei and it seems as if the clubโs statement about the situation has calmed the situation down.
Osimhen was called up for the recent Serie A game against Udinese and he even ended up scoring in that game, helping the side to a win and getting back to winning ways. Recently, De Laurentiis met the clubโs entire social media team in a hotel and they clarified the situation, before the release of the club statement.
