How Milan could still sign Lilian Brassier in January

While Milan are yet to make progress in their move for Brest defender Lilian Brassier, they could still end up signing the player this month.

La Gazzetta dello Sport have reported about the 24-year-old, stating that the last few days of the window could prove crucial in the saga and that is because the player is keen on joining the Rossoneri this month and even put an offer from Monaco on hold.

The issue is that Brest do not want to go to a figure less than €10 million to sell the Frenchman. Milan, as of now, are offering €8 million only. But having said that, the last few days of the window could help Milan because the player wants the move and Milan could actually decide to invest a higher sum to sign a centre-back, as their search will become more desperate.

Fulham’s Tosin Adarabioyo remains a key target for the summer as his contract at the club runs out and he would be a free agent, but Brassier could yet arrive this month and things could get favourable for the Rossoneri as days pass by.
