Juventus keen on Real Sociedad’s Martin Zubimendi

Serie A giants Juventus are keen on signing Real Sociedad star Martin Zubimendi in the summer transfer window.

The Bianconeri are looking to improve their midfield in the summer and they have been linked with a host of players already, with Atalanta’s Teun Koopmeiners one of their targets.

Fabiana della Valle has reported about Juve’s interest in Real Sociedad’s Zubimendi, who Juve see as a tempo dictator while Koopmeiners is seen as someone who can play further forward and suppliment goalscoring from the heart of the park.

Zubimendi’s wages are seen as fairly viable by Juve, as the Spaniard earns €3 million per season currently and affording his wages could be well within the Old Lady’s grasp. His current deal has a release clause worth €60 million and his age is seen as perfect to solve the current and future problems.

Milan have also looked at him in the past, but Juve seem much more keen and the 25-year-old is seen as an important target for the summer.
