Juventus make contact for Roma’s Leonardo Spinazzola

Serie A giants Juventus will likely be signing a wing-back in the summer and they are interested in bringing Leonardo Spinazzola back to the club.

The Italian has been linked with a move to the Middle East, as Al Shabab have been keen. Mirko di Natale has reported that now Juve are interested in the possibility of landing the wing-back in the summer, with Spinazzola’s current deal at Roma expiring in the summer transfer window.

In recent weeks, they asked for information for the player and informal contact took place between the two parties. Deep talks about the move didn’t take place and the information sought was rather exploratory.

Alex Sandro will be leaving Juve in the summer and Filip Kostic has garnered interest from Saudi Arabia. Samuel Iling-Junior has been linked with a move to England and this could leave Juve with having to sign a left wing-back and Spinazzola could be the one.
