Napoli midfielder Piotr Zielinski will sign his contract with Inter in the next 20 days, with an agreement already in place.
Zielinski has long been linked with the possibility of leaving Napoli, where his contract runs out in the summer of 2024. There has been talk of the fact that an agreement is already in place with Inter.
La Gazzetta dello Sport (via CN24) report that only a bureaucratic step is left in Zielinskiโs move to Inter. The Nerazzurri have already informed Napoli that they would sign the player and that they have been talking to him. The idea is to make sure that the Polish midfielder will sign his contract at Inter in the next 15 to 20 days.
The likelihood is that the midfielder will sign a four-year deal, with the fourth year likely to be optional. He will earn โฌ4.5 million per season and bonuses can take the deal upto โฌ5 million per season.ย
Napoli are likely to exclude the player from their Champions League squad and Inter will make sure that they tie him down to a deal after their Champions League Round of 16 first leg game.
