PREDICTED LINE-UPS | Frosinone v Inter

Simone Inzaghi will aim to restart Inter’s winning machine when they face relegation-threatened Frosinone at the Stadio Benito Stirpe in Matchday 36 of the Serie A.

Inter’s near-perfect run ended as they suffered their second defeat of the season in their last match versus Sassuolo. Armand Lauriente’s only strike stood the difference between the two sides as the Neroverdi picked up three crucial points from the Scudetto champions to aid them in their race for survival.

The Nerazzurri lifted the Serie A title in the Milan derby last month and they have nothing more to achieve this campaign. However, the defeat to Sassuolo restricted them from reaching 100 points this season and they have earlier squandered the opportunity to challenge Juventus’ record points tally of 102 during the 2013-14 season.

Meanwhile, Frosinone will hope to take advantage of Inter’s post-Scudetto flak like Sassuolo and come away with a win tonight. Eusebio Di Francesco’s men are two points safe from the relegation zone but one false move could put them right back into the dropzone dogfight.

Interestingly, they have managed to go six games unbeaten since losing to Lazio in March. However, during this period, Frosinone have got only one 3-0 victory over rock-bottom Salernitana. Di Francesco should have Michele Cerofolini in between the sticks. Walid Cheddira and Matias Soule should keep their places up front.

Here are the predicted line-ups for the match according to Sky Italia:

Frosinone (3-5-2): Cerofolini; Lirola, Okoli, Bonifazi; Zortea, Brescianini, Mazzitelli, Reinier, Valeri; Soulé, Cheddira.

Inter (3-5-2): Sommer; Bisseck, de Vrij, Carlos Augusto; Darmian, Frattesi, Asllani, Barella, Dimarco; Thuram, Arnautovic.
