Not for the first time this month, Serie A giants Juventus find themselves in the middle of chaos after their rudderless performance against Genoa on Wednesday. Question marks have risen over Luciano Spallettiโs future and that isnโt exactly a new phenomenon in October anymore.
Get Italian Football News have looked at how the Juventus squad is in retreat and for now, Spalletti still has the support of the club.
But TuttoJuveโs Mirko Di Natale notes that this hasnโt stopped Juve from making plans, if things go wrong after the Napoli game. The clubโs management is pinning a lot of hopes on the โritiroโ and is expecting that things turn around against the Partenopei.
But if that doesnโt happen, Di Natale offers confirmation that Didier Deschamps, Stefano Pioli and Paulo Sousa.
The Frenchman has been without a job since his departure from Les Bleus in the summer. But Deschamps played over 100 games for the Bianconeri during his playing days and that can put him in good stead for the managerial role.
Pioli last managed Juventusโ rivals Fiorentina for just a few weeks last season, while Sousa last managed Shabab Al-Ahli in the UAE. The Portuguese โ like Deschamps, does have a background with the Bianconeri as a player, as he had a two-year spell between 1994 and 1996.
