Official | Brescia sack Suazo after 5 matches

Serie B side Brescia have sacked head coach David Suazo after appointing him on June 5.

Suazo was in charge of only five matches, two in Coppa Italia and three league matches.

Brescia lost to Novara in the third round of the Coppa Italia in a penalty shootout and have picked up two points in their first three Serie B matches.

Suazo spent over a decade of his playing career in Serie A and this was his first managerial role at a professional club.

Eugenio Corini has already been announced as the new head coach of Brescia.
