Roberto Mancini’s Italy side romped to a 5-0 win away at Liechtenstein in their latest victory in Group J of the Euro 2020 qualifiers.
The Azzurri had already sealed their place in next summer’s competition thanks to a 2-0 win over Greece at the weekend, but pressed ahead regardless on Tuesday evening.
Federico Bernardeschi of Juventus, AC Milan defender Alessio Romagnoli and Stephan El Shaarawy – who is currently playing in the Chinese Super League – were all on the scoresheet, and in-form Torino striker Andrea Belotti added a brace to complete the 5-0 win.
