Juventus announce €39.9m loss

A press release from the Juventus shareholders meeting has revealed that the Bianconeri have recorded a €39.9 million loss for the year ending June 30th, 2019.

The deficit will be covered partly by using retained earnings and partially by using the share premium reserve, according to the briefing.

The loss was up from €19.2 million in 2017/18, however the same meeting approved a capital increase into the club of a maximum of €300 million, to be deposited by September 30th, 2020.
