After his side beat Juventus in impressive fashion on Saturday evening, Lazio owner Claudio Lotito has spoken of his pride over the 3-1 victory but insists the squad are not getting carried away with emotion.
“The wins are dealt with the same way as the defeat,” Lotito said on TV show Tiki Taka. “If we lose, it’s also my fault, if we win, it’s with my contribution but this group is strong and cohesive, the coaches and assistants too.
“I intervene within the range of my rights and always agree with the Coach to make the players responsible. There is no need now, because they are good and have a positive attitude. Only the risks and problems must be highlighted.”
