Queiroz | Zapata injury “doesn’t look good”

Colombia boss Carlos Queiroz admitted an injury to Atalanta striker Duvan Zapata during a friendly with Chile “doesn’t look good”.

The 0-0 draw also saw Chile’s Alexis Sanchez and Gary Medel substituted through injury.

“Duvan was in pain and we chose to replace him immediately, in friendlies we don’t take risks,” the boss revealed after the match. “He had a abductor problem, but for we still don’t know anything about recovery times. We are waiting for test results, but at the moment it doesn’t look good for him.”
