GIFN EXCLUSIVE – Brescia Threaten To Pull Out Of Signing Finnish International Midfielder Simon Skrabb

Serie A club Brescia have threatened to pull out from completing the signing of Finland international midfielder Simon Skrabb, GIFN can exclusively reveal.

The 24 year old Skrabb has widely been reported to be close to making a surprise switch from Swedish top flight club IFK Norrköping to the Serie A newcomers Brescia, but the deal is in risk of falling apart.

This despite the fact that the two clubs have agreed terms regarding the player’s transfer fee as well as Brescia having agreed terms with the player himself. The stumbling block seems to be that Hasan Cetinkaya, Skrabb’s agent is asking for agent and commission fees that Brescia President Cellino deems are far too high.

In fact, one source close to the negotiation who wishes to be anonymous, describes the fees asked as “ridiculous” and now the fiery Brescia President is threatening to pull the plug on the whole deal.
