AC Milan have given the go-ahead for backup goalkeeper Pepe Reina to join Aston Villa, according to Italian transfer market expert Nicolo Schira.
The 37-year-old has played just 97 minutes in Serie A this season, and made only two league starts in 2018/19 following his move from Napoli that summer.
All that remains to complete the deal, according to reports, is the player’s personal terms.
