Chiesa and Bernardeschi could start together for Juventus

Ex-Fiorentina stars Federico Chiesa and Federico Bernardeschi could start together for Juventus in their Serie A game against Sampdoria.

This comes from La Gazzetta dello Sport today, who claim that the Bianconeri fans could see the Euro 2020 winning duo start together in the wide areas today. Chiesa would be expected to start on the left, while Bernardeschi could be expected on the right flank.

The players played only 15 games together during their time at La Viola but that was at a point when Chiesa was still coming through and Bernardeschi was essentially blocking his development.

While the belief at Juve is that Chiesa is better off on the right as it allows him to be more direct, but playing Bernardeschi on the right will allow him more grass and it will allow him to cut inside.
