Prominent Italian journalist Carlo Pellegati has stated that the decision about his future at Milan has already been taken by Franck Kessie and his entourage.
Pellegati wrote about Kessie’s contract situation in a column for Calciomercato and he claimed that he is not optimistic about the Ivorian’s long-term future at the San Siro and about his potential contract extension. He believes that the player and his agents have already decided to leave but the journalist would be glad to be proven wrong.
He wrote: “I am not optimistic about the success of the negotiation because I fear that the decisions by the Ivorian and his entourage have already been taken and I hope that I’m obviously proved wrong. So I have decided to enjoy the performance of the Rossoneri champion until the end of the season. I am very sure of Franck’s seriousness because, with him, Milan are strong, much stronger.”
