Newly promoted Serie A side Salernitana have initiated contact for Franck Ribery and they’re looking to convince the Frenchman now.
Sky Italia claim that while Hellas Verona remain in the hunt, Salernitana are now trying to sign the player. They’ve contacted the player and want to convince him financially and technically about their project at the club. They’re aiming to add enthusiasm to the environment at the club.
Verona meanwhile, are yet to make a final decision about making the offer and Ribery is being backed by Luca Toni to play for Gialloblu. The Frenchman wants to start at a new club as soon as possible.
