Aston Villa set to make Bentancur offer, Juventus could accept offer

Aston Villa are expected to make an offer for Rodrigo Bentancur soon and Juventus could be willing to accept the bid.

Marco Conterio has reported that Juve are ‘waiting’ for the bid from Villa, who will offer €25 million in their bid for the Uruguayan. 35 percent is due to go to Boca Juniors and the bid that Villa come up with could be enough for the Bianconeri to let the midfielder leave.

The offer from the Birmingham-based club could arrive later today and it seems like a realistic possibility that Bentancur leaves this month.

Aaron Ramsey is yet to accept a move to the Premier League and Juve are still waiting for that. The deal for Arthur to Arsenal is at stalemate but any progress on the Bentancur front will unlock the club’s deal for Cagliari’s Nahitan Nandez, with the Sardinian club asking for a €2 million loan fee with the permanent option to buy of €15 million.
