New January signing Robin Gosens is expected to be in Inter’s squad for the upcoming Milan derby.
Inter will take on Milan in a two-legged Coppa Italia semi-final in mid-week, with the first game set to be at at the home of the Rossoneri. La Gazzetta dello Sport claim that it could finally be the game where Gosens makes an appearance for the Nerazzurri.
While Simone Inzaghi will definitely not start the German, the ex-Atalanta man will be on the bench and will be in the squad for the derby.
The idea from Inzaghi is to help him slowly build fitness for the upcoming league games, especially since he hasn’t featured since October last year for Atalanta. Ivan Perisic is likely to start on the left once again but to accomodate Gosens in the future, he could be shifted to the right.
