Inter boss Simone Inzaghi has talked about Ionut Radu’s recent error against Bologna, claiming that everything is more highlighted if a keeper makes an error.
Radu’s error late in the game saw Nicola Sansone tap home into an open goal. The error saw Inter lose 2-1, and they are now second in the table and two points behind Milan while playing an equal number of games.
Inzaghi spoke to DAZN after the game and talked about Radu’s error: “What happened in the locker room and how did the team react after Radu’s mistake? There is disappointment as it is normal for it to be after a game lost in this way.
“The mood was not the best, Radu made a mistake like I or a striker and a midfielder can. When a goalkeeper makes a mistake, everything is more highlighted. Now we have to react to a burning defeat, facing one game at a time knowing that we are no longer masters of our destiny.”
While Inter are yet to play the last four games, they will take on Udinese, Empoli, Cagliari and Sampdoria.
