Inter’s negotiations for Robin Gosens with Bayer Leverkusen stall

Inter’s talks for the potential exit of Robin Gosens to Bayer Leverkusen have been stalled.

La Gazzetta dello Sport claim that negotiations between Leverkusen and Inter for Gosens are currently blocked. The meeting which took place between the two clubs yesterday was not decisive. That is because the German side only offered a loan deal with no obligation to buy Gosens permanently.

No new meetings are scheduled between the two sides for the time being and if Leverkusen do not plan to change their formula, the transfer will not happen. Because of that, Inter have also put their move for Borna Sosa on a standby.

It was reported yesterday that the German side were offering an initial loan deal with the obligation to buy Gosens permanently. And the Nerazzurri were said to have already made an offer to sign Sosa from Stuttgart as a replacement for the Euro 2020 star. The situation now seems stuck.
