Juventus’ Federico Chiesa making improvements with his recovery from injury

It has been more than eight months since Federico Chiesa played his last game for Juventus. It appears as if he is on his way to full recovery.

As reported by Sky Sport Italia, Juventus star Federico Chiesa is making good progress with the recovery from the injury.

The former Fiorentina wizard, who has made 61 appearances and racked up 18 goals and 14 assists across all competitions for Juve, picked up an ACL injury while playing an away league fixture against Roma last season.

The injury eventually required operation in January 2022. Since then, he has been nursing his wound.

The report claims that there is no swelling on the knee that underwent the scissors in the winter. Though, the player has not begun to train with the team, still doing personalized sessions.

However, the positive amid all these is that he has started running on the grass. The report claims that the 24-year-old winger could join the team for training in the next few weeks—perhaps after the international break in September.
