Juventus, Tottenham and Napoli executives at risk of temporary suspension

Executives from Juventus, Tottenham and Napoli are said to be at risk of temporary suspensions because of the capital gains case in Italy.

La Gazzetta dello Sport have stated that 61 executives in total from 11 Italian clubs are under the scanner and the clubs in question include Juventus and Napoli as well. The rulebook suggests that executives in Serie A that are under investigation for the case could be disqualified for a month.

The executives under investigation are Andrea Agnelli, Fabio Paratici, Pavel Nedved and Aurelio De Laurentiis and if the investigation finds them guilty, they could be suspended from operations for ‘atleast’ a month.

For clubs like Parma and Pisa, relegation could indeed be a possible action and it will depend on the deals that they inflated for their accounts.
