Lazio set to make contact for Milan defender, contract ready

Lazio are set to make contact with Alessio Romagnoli’s agent Mino Raiola and they have readied a contract offer for the player.

Daniele Longo has reported that Maurizio Sarri expects Lazio to be a protagonist in the summer transfer window and Romagnoli is at the top of his shortlist for summer targets. Lazio sporting director Igli Tare has set up a meeting with Raiola in the second week of March already.

Lazio will make an important contract offer for the player and they have readied a multi-year contract worth €3 million per season plus bonuses.

Romagnoli is tempted by the idea of playing in Rome once again, especially by the idea of playing for the club that he has supported since he was a child. A move is a concrete possibility and things could move to the heart of the negotiation at the end of the month.

Juventus are also witnessing the developments for the player as Max Allegri likes the Italian but currently, Juve have not asked for information for the player.
