Claudio Lotito has identified Club Brugge’s Charles de Ketelaere as a potential replacement and he has a liking for the player. He had impressed many at the club when Brugge had faced Lazio in the Champions League last season.
It could take €20-€25 million to sign him and he is considered by Lazio to be the ideal replacement for Milinkovic-Savic.
