Roma have made an approach to sign Juventus midfielder Denis Zakaria and hold an interest in Tottenham’s Harry Winks.
It has been previously reported that Monaco are interested in Zakaria and talks were on, but it seems as if the Giallorossi are also keen on him.
Goal Italia claim that Zakaria has a profile which has always been liked by Jose Mourinho and the Swiss midfielder is not considered non-transferrable by Juventus. The Bianconeri could look to move him out in an attempt to sign Leandro Paredes.
Roma have asked for a loan deal but have also made enquiries for Sasa Lukic and Nahitan Nandez. There is also interest in Spurs midfielder Harry Winks, who finds himself out of the project under Antonio Conte.
Signing a midfielder now seems neccessary for Roma, especially after Gini Wijnaldum’s injury. Mourinho has decided to not take into account Amadou Diawara’s availability at all, meaning that a midfield arrival is likely.
