Roma “in pole position” to sign Juventus’ Paulo Dybala

Paulo Dybala will leave Juventus on a free transfer this summer as Bianconeri have decided against renewing La Joya’s contract.

According to La Repubblica, Jose Mourinho’s Roma are in the pole position to land the Argentinian playmaker in the summer.

There have been multiple reports suggesting that the former Palermo star wishes to remain in Italy, even though several clubs from La Liga and the Premier League have shown interest in making a move for Dybala.

There have been rumours of Dybala considering joining Inter in the summer, but the report suggests that La Joya, while making a lap of the Allianz Stadium in his last home appearance against Lazio on Monday evening and signing autographs, told the fans, “I will never go to Inter.”

Roma have recently emerged as one of the interested parties in the pursuit of Dybala. It was reported a few days ago that the agent of the player, Jorge Antun, was in London amidst the interest of Arsenal and Manchester United in the creative playmaker.
