Serie A PREVIEW | Torino vs Milan

Plagued by injuries, Stefano Pioli’s Milan make the trip to Turin to lock horns with Ivan Jurić’s Torino on Sunday evening.

After a stellar 2021/22 campaign, it was expected that Torino would continue to make strides. But things have not gone as planned, with the Turin-based side losing five out of their last eight matches in Serie A.

Defending champions, the Rossoneri are currently finding themselves six points behind league leaders Napoli, who sit atop the table with 32 points from 12 matches. Milan will play their 12th league fixture against 10th-placed Torino, meaning that Pioli’s team will have a chance to close the gap between them and the table toppers.

Results in the last five matches in all competitions:

Torino: L-D-L-W-W

Milan: W-L-W-W-W
