Still distance between Lazio and Milan’s Romagnoli

There is still some distance between Lazio and Milan’s Alessio Romagnoli for an agreement over a deal.

Alfredo Pedulla has reported that last Friday, a meeting took place between the player’s entourage and Lazio but the parties are yet to meet the asking price of the defender. Parties are not one step away from an agreement or anything like that and there is still some work to be done and details to be ironed out.

Lazio started with an offer of €2 million to €2.5 million per season plus bonuses on a five-year deal, with promise of centrality in the project. It is a project which could see Francesco Acerbi leave in the summer.

Romagnoli, as things stand, wants €3 million to €3.5 million, plus bonuses of 500k. Parties have not fixed another meeting yet but Romagnoli has given priority to Lazio and he has a strong liking for the clbu.
