Udinese to keep striker for another year despite interest from Inter, Milan and Napoli

Udinese are keen to keep striker Beto for another season at the club, despite curious interest from Milan, Inter and even Napoli.

Alfredo Pedulla has reported that Udinese have already decided to sign Beto permanently for €10 million but they have already tripled his value. They believe that because of how much Gianluca Scamacca is valued at and how much Dusan Vlahovic was sold for, their striker is worth close to €40 million.

The report claims that the two Milan clubs have curiously kept an eye on him and even Juventus, before their signing of Vlahovic, briefly looked at Beto. In the event of Victor Osimhen’s exit, Beto will be an option for Napoli.

But it is stated that Udinese always like to keep their prized assets for more than one season and they did that with Alexis Sanchez, Rodrigo de Paul and many others. Udinese would slam the doors shut for a move, unless clubs offer close to €40 million – a fee close to what Barcelona offered for Sanchez.
