11 players at risk of summer exit from Milan

As many as 11 players are at risk of a summer exit from Milan, following their Champions League knockout at the hands of Inter.

The Rossoneri lost 3-0 on aggregate to Inter in the semi-finals of the competition and multiple exits could be on the way at the club. Daniele Longo has reported that Milan are now looking to restructure their project, having seen the gap in quality and depth between them and Inter recently.

The club’s owners expect a strategic change in the summer from Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara and it should start with outgoings. And as many as 11 players could leave the club in the summer, with Antonio Mirante, Ciprian Tătărușanu, Sergiño Dest, Tiemoue Bakayoko and Fode Ballo-Toure leading the list of players who will depart.

The Rossoneri will listen to offers for Ante Rebic, Divock Origi and Yacine Adli as well, with the moves for the last two having failed to work out. Aster Vranckx is close to heading back to Wolfsburg, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic in talks to join Monza in the summer too. There is a possibility of Junior Messias leaving too, with the club looking at a new right-winger.
