Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte is interested in bringing Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie to North London.
Kessie has played against a Conte side before, as the Ivorian was plying his trade with Milan when the Italian was managing Inter. But Kessie is now out of favour at Barcelona, with reports stating that the Catalan side want the midfielder to leave in January.
La Repubblica state that Conte is desperate to have new signings at Spurs and he specifically wants new midfield options. Conte’s favourite target for the midfield right now is Kessie himself.
It is stated that Kessie’s agent has offered his client to multiple clubs across Europe and this includes the big Italian sides. While Conte wants him at Spurs, his wage demands are currently proving too much for Italian clubs and that is a hinderance regarding his potential return to Italy.
The report also states that Tottenham are also interested in Azzedine Ounahi and they could have a genuine chance to signing the Moroccan, if they make an offer.
