Bologna’s Marko Arnautovic pushing for Inter move

Bologna striker Marko Arnautovic is said to be pushing for a return to Inter and he wants the move this summer.

The Austrian did play for Inter during Jose Mourinho’s time at the club and Corriere della Sera state that he is one of the option on the club’s shortlist.

Contacts between the two clubs have deepened recently for the Nerazzurri to potentially sign the striker. Arnautovic is pushing to return to Milan to play for Inter but the stumbling block in a potential deal is currently Bologna’s asking price for the centre forward.

Bologna want a fee of €15 million to part ways with the former Stoke City and West Ham man, with Inter not going beyond a fee of €7 million. But in this case, the willingness of the player could make a difference in how this saga ends. Even if Joaquin Correa stays at Inter or not, Arnautovic could yet end up at Inter but Correa’s sale could open up a move for Alexis Sanchez.
