FIGC president and Prosecutor receive death threats following Juventus points deduction

FIGC President Gabriele Gravina and the agent of prosecutor Giuseppe Chine have received death threats following the sentence involving Juventus’ 15-points deduction.

Chine had intially recommended a nine-point deduction and bans for everyone who was involved in the club’s capital gains saga, but the FIGC Court of Appeals had handed the club an even bigger sentence and much more prominent bans for the likes of Fabio Paratici, Andrea Agnelli, Pavel Nedved and the others.

ANSA have now reported that while Gravina and the agent of Chine has received threats, the FIGC president’s wife has also received threats and a fake Instagram story was also attributed to her talking about the -15. ANSA state that the incidents have been reported to the relevant authorities and some action will be taken.

The Bianconeri are now 10th in the Serie A table and take on Atalanta in their first league game since the sentence.
