Milan interested in January move for Nicolo Zaniolo

Reigning Serie A champions Milan are also interested in a January move for Nicolo Zaniolo.

Sky Italia have reported that at the moment, no convincing offers have arrived for Zaniolo since offers from Spurs and Brighton don’t meet Roma’s demands of €40 million.

If nothing works out, it is stated, Milan could make a move for the player and they have been keen on the Italian since the summer. If Milan spot an opening to sign him on an initial loan with the option to buy him permanently, they are likely to make the move.

Roma see Hakim Ziyech as a replacement for the ex-Inter youngster, with Tiago Pinto having spoken about how he is looking to put the interests of the team over the interests of the player (Zaniolo) and he has done that ever since he joined the Giallorossi. Leeds United and West Ham have also been linked with a move for Zaniolo.
