Galatasaray want Aston Villa to pay Nicolo Zaniolo’s release clause

Aston Villa are keen on signing Galatasaray’s Nicolo Zaniolo but the Turkish side want the Premier League outfit to pay the player’s release clause.

It has been reported today that Villa will soon hold talks with Gala over their move for the Italy international, with Monchi keen on reuniting with the player who he signed during his time at Roma.

Marco Conterio has now reported that Zaniolo is now being increasingly courted by multiple clubs are Villa are the latest club in line. Gala would like Villa to pay the player’s release clause of €30 million, for them to have a chance of landing the Azzurri star.

Juventus also remain interested in the Italian, with Massimiliano Allegri said to be a big admirer of the winger. In recent weeks, Milan also made contact for the 24-year-old, who was managed to ressurect his career in Turkey to quite an extent. The Bianconeri could yet return to move for the player but it remains to be seen how his future plays out.
