Inter remain keen on the possibility of landing Cagliari star Nahitan Nandez, having previously kept an eye on the player.
A couple of seasons ago, it did seem as if Nandez was about to join Inter but the move didnโt materialise. La Gazzetta dello Sport (via TMW) state that Nandez is still very much of interest to Inter, especially with Juan Cuadrado currently said to be struggling with an Achilles tendon issue.
If he continues to struggle in the next few months, Nandez could become a target in January. The Uruguayanโs contract expires in the summer of 2024 and he currently represents an attractive opportunity ffor the club.ย
Even if a move doesnโt take off this January, Nandez could yet become a target in the summer and there is a possibility that Inter can potentially offer a player in the negotiations and that player could potentially be Gaetano Oristiano.
