Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri rejects mega offer from Al Hilal

Massimiliano Allegri, head coach of Juventus, will not be the new manager of Al Hilal in Saudi Arabia. He has rejected their most recent propasal, which included a mega offer.

The 55-year-old Allegri has rejected an ‘important , verbal approach‘ from Al Hilal, according to Fabrizio Romano. The Italian transfer expert says the Saudi Arabia based team offered a salary of €20 million a year until June 2025. Allegri told them no, as the Tuscan coach is only focused on Juventus. Al Nassr never made an offer, Romano says, only Al Hilal came in with an improved one.

That means Allegri will stay at Juventus for another season. He has become unpopular amongst fans and critics because of his style of football, but even though results have been disappointing for the past two years, it’s no suprise Allegri stays at the club. Juventus have been trying to renew Adrien Rabiot, a player Allegri uses almost every game, while Timothy Weah, who could play right wing back, is on his way to Turin. Fransesco Magnanelli could also become part of Allegri’s staff. All arrows pointed towards a longer stay of the coach at Juventus, and now final confirmation is here.
