Juventus are now set to avoid another points deduction in their salary maneuvers case.
The Bianconeri had brought forward the trial for the case and had agreed a settlement with the FIGC regarding the potential sanctions. There was a chance of a potential points deduction if the agreement wasn’t accepted by the National Federal Court.
But Sky Italia now report that the Court has accepted the agreement and Juve will avoid a points deduction. They will now be subjected to a fine of €718k in the salary maneuvers case.
The Court had also revealed a host of reasons for the Bianconeri’s ten-point deduction, which was imposed some days ago.
The agreement around Andrea Agnelli being acquitted has been rejected though and his case will go another trial.
